I don’t know my ring size, can you help?
We recommend that you have your finger sized prior to buying one of our handmade rings. All rings are made to order, and as such, we are unable to accept returns of rings that have been ordered in the wrong size. If you’re an international customer and know your ring size but aren’t sure what size it is in UK sizes, just leave your size as an Order Note at checkout, stating clearing ‘US size’ or ‘EU size’ for example. We’re happy to convert your size into UK sizes for you.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?
At When Caitie met Soda, all pieces are handmade and made to order. For this reason we ask you to allow up to 10 days for your piece to be made. If you’re in the UK, once posted your order should reach you within 1-2 days. For international customers, please allow slightly longer for your order to reach you (1-2 weeks). If you’re in a hurry, and need your order quickly, just drop us an email using our Contact Form, or send an email to WhenCaitiemetSoda [at] hotmail.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
What’s your return policy?
We really hope that you’ll love your order, but if for any reason you wish to return any part of your order, we’ll be happy to help. Please contact us using our Contact Form, or send an email to WhenCaitiemetSoda [at] hotmail.com and let us know that you wish to return your order. Please note you have 14 days to return your order from the date that we receive your email requesting a return. Please ensure that you repackage your order securely, including a copy of your invoice (or order number), name and address. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of returning orders.
